1. Make sure your computer is updated:

The easiest way to do this is to Windows/Microsoft Update and download the latest security updates.

2. Run Anti-Spyware programs weekly:

3. Always have virus protection:

4. And as always... Be smart:

• Stay on trusted websites
• Never follow a link in an email that wants you to update account/personal information
• Do not open unknown email attachements unless you are expecting them
• Enable the Status Bar (View > Status Bar) and look at a link's location before clicking on it
• Do not run programs that are of unknown orgin
