There are a few ways to turn on Automatic Updates, but the easiest way goes like this:

1. Open your Control Panel (usually on the Start Menu)
2. Open Automatic Updates
3. Choose "Automatic" and select the day and time when you want the updates installed
4. Click "OK" to save and close

Now your computer will regularly download and install security updates from Microsoft.
